On October 5 around 9:45 p.m. Company 8 was alerted for a 2 car crash in the area of the 2800 block of Rohrersville Road. E81 arrived to find one vehicle on the roadway and one vehicle over the embankment, in the woods, with one confined. Brush/DC8 arrived and established Rohrersville Road command. E81 freed the confined patient by cutting away the windshield glass. One patient was evaluated by Frederick County (Brunswick) A19 and declined ambulance transport. Units operated for approximately 1.5 hours.
