At 1018 FRC Dispatched box 61 for the house on fire at 116 Lakin Ave. Rescue Engine 61 responded and arrived on location with a 2 story single family residence with heavy fire visible from Alpha, Brava, Delta sides. Chief 69 arrived and assumed Lakin Ave Command. Crews attempted an interior attack but was initially hampered by a power line down impeding access. Once power was secured, crews went to work with an aggressive interior attack and simultaneous search for occupants. Crews knocked fire on the first and second floors and attic.
